For Humans

My passion is to help every person who cross my path achieve their dreams! There are unlimited possibilities out there and abundance is a real thing. I would love to be your coach and help release any obstacles and limiting beliefs that may stand in your way.

I offer long term coaching as well as more acute trauma release support.

Together we can choose from a variety of effective modalities such as:

• Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping): Release child hood trauma and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back

• Stress releasing meditation and spiritual practices to find peace and harmony

For Horses

Our horses are saints! Saints for letting us humans use them in the capacities we do. In fact, they were not designed to carry humans around!

Living as a prey animal in a predator environment can be stressful. I work with horses of all ages and breeds. My passion is to help them feel good and understand what it is we are asking them to do. 

I specialize in:

• Bodywork incorporating Masterson Method, energy work and Bemer.

• Classical dressage principles including traditional cavesson in-hand work  

• Ground work emphasizing on strength building through proper postures and  communicating in a language the horse understands

For Both

I thrive in an environment where I can help horse owners find harmony with their horse. 

• I teach fundamental riding and groundwork principles that can be built on for more advanced maneuvers

• I partner with other trainers and host tapping sessions to remove performance blocks and increase confidence in the show ring
