Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as 'tapping', is a non-invasive, highly effective technique for clearing stressful thoughts, emotions and events from your past, present or future.
EFT is very effective with large as well as small traumatic events but also physical issues such as chronic pain. You will find that years of stress and built up tension will melt away giving space for more positive healing frequencies such as love, gratitude and joy.
How is it done? The core and fundamental basis of EFT is verbally acknowledging a perceived or an actual stressful moment while we simultaneously tap with our fingers on calming accupuncture points on the body. The combination of verbally acknowledging the problem and physically tapping on the body, releases the stress.
